Plank (basic)
Plank is a basic cardio exercise that helps you reduce excess fat under your belly extremely effectively.
Doing:
Put your elbows on the ground and hold your body as shown in the picture.
Hold for 60 seconds before moving on to move 2. If you can’t hold for 60 seconds at once, hold until you can’t stand it anymore, lower down, rest for 3-5 seconds, then continue until the total time is still 60.

Jumping Jack
Jumping Jack is often considered the best warm-up cardio exercise because it increases the heart rate, increases blood flow to muscles throughout the body and reduces the risk of muscle tears or muscle contractions.
How to do it: First stand straight on the floor, squeeze your stomach, turn your legs to the sides, jump up and raise your hands to the top of your head.
Burpees
This is an advanced aerobic exercise aimed at increasing muscle strength or burning energy.
Doing:
Stand straight, slowly bend down, touch your hands to the ground, bend your legs to gain momentum and then use force to push your legs back.
Jackknife Crunches
This is the best way to have a perfect round 2.
Doing:
Lie straight on the floor, squeeze your stomach, turn your body so that your arms and legs are parallel to each other, repeat the movement for about 10 – 20 minutes.
With these exercises, you should practice in a circular trainig format as follows:
Jumping Jack – 2 minutes
Burpees – 2 minutes
Jackknife Crunches – 2 minutes
Rest 2 minutes
Plank 30 seconds, rest 2 minutes
Repeat this circuit 5 times.
