Why did you choose the word `return` for the title of your latest book?

People think that the wild is not a familiar place because we have lost our connection with nature.

I had a very difficult and tiring time, both physically and mentally.

I think, modern life makes people gradually dependent on machines, but when we return to nature, living with extremely basic things, no electricity, no laptop, no mobile signal – I am lost again.

So Returning to the Wild is also “Returning to the human part” in each of us.
